1. Booking & Reservation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Guests must provide accurate personal information during booking.
- UrbanSPiCE reserves the right to cancel bookings if false information is provided.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.

2. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 12 noon.
- Standard check-out time: 12 noon.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Identification
Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar, Passport, Driving Licence, etc.)
at the time of check-in.
4. Payments
- Payments can be made online or at the property (as per availability).
- Prices may vary based on season, demand, or promotional offers.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Last-minute cancellations or no-show bookings are non-refundable.
- Refund processing time may take 3–7 working days.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and follow property rules.
- Avoid causing damage to the property, furniture, or facilities.
- Respect neighbours and avoid loud noise or disturbance.
- Any damage caused will be charged to the guest.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activities or misconduct.
- Smoking in non-smoking areas.
- Bringing pets.
- Hosting parties without prior approval.
8. Liability
- Loss of personal belongings.
- Accidents caused by guest negligence.
- Service interruptions due to external factors (electricity, internet, weather, etc.).
9. Modifications
UrbanSPiCE may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of updated terms.
